By age 3 he was playing with pots and frying pans.
By 13 years old he had read cookbooks of all kinds.
At age 20 he studied to be a Sous Chef. He worked with Creative Cooking for
many years.
He has worked with celebrity chefs at Delaware University.
Chef David Jesson has 25 years of experience in the culinary field, is a teacher, an executive chef, develops recipes, knows food history,
collaborates with humanitarian food projects, works to improve nutrition in
developing countries, and professionally photographs food. Also, he is the
General Producer of a TV cooking series, is the current host and chef of “Abundante, More Than a Cooking Show," has completed 2 series of 26 shows each, and has a current viewing audience in 137 countries. He has lived in Peru for the past 4 years where the program is filmed.
